About 13:10 hrs today a small craft with armed men was sighted in the creek south of Aggrey Road, Old Town, PH. This was followed by intensive gunfire; target not known. Spent rounds have fallen as far as Odi St, some 2 Kms north of the incident. Some companies based near the area (NPA dockyard) have evacuated their workers.
