In view of recent incidents which have occurred in the waterways around Bille (SPDC-E) in the last 24 hours, all water borne journeys to be undertaken in the Bille axis by SPDC staff, SPDC contractors, and other third parties working for SPDC are suspended immediately.
Please note that this suspension will remain in force until the security situation has been reviewed and a notice issued advising the resumption of water borne journeys in the area
