We are receiving reports that the Bristows Residential Compound in Eket has been attacked.
At least two people – security guards – have been killed in the attack and one other compound employee was shot in the stomach.
Seven expatriates have been kidnapped.
Names, nationalities and employers have not been released at this time for obvious reasons.
