This must be one of the most popular places to eat in town. What the cavernous room lacks in atmosphere is more than made up for by the menu.
Eastern Garden offers a great selection of all the classic Chinese dishes.
We love the Firecracker Beef. It's not on the menu so you will have to ask for it. The butterfly prawns are huge and the sweet & sour anything is never a dissapointment.
Be warned though... The hot pepper sauce on the table is really hot. Take it easy the first time you decide to use it as a dip for your won ton. It would not be the first time that we've seen a grown man cry after doing just that.
Smaller wine list than you would expect from a place this size but we've always been able to find something that we've liked.
They have a huge second floor available for private functions and parties.
