Saipan is a Chinese restaurant up stairs and a well stocked bar down stairs. This is probably the BEST Chinese resturant in town and we strongly advise you to give it a try.
Live music on every Thursday with the soulful sounds of Gloria Ibru and her band..
Expect to see it at it's busiest on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Be warned though. This place is expensive so take lots of cash.
Expect to pay around N5,000 per person without drinks.
Food is good, and the portionsa re not overly large.
Plenty of Oyibo's on a weekend.
