A great spot for pizzas, pastas and enormous salads. Try the barbequed chicken topping on the the thin based pizzas. Another oyibo favourite from the menu has to be the fillet steak with mushrooms and green pepper.
This place has a great terrace on the banks of the lagoon for outdoor dining and also boasts a children's play are for the more family oriented oyibo.
From the desert menu - try the Chocolate Brownie or the Banana Split. Both guarenteed to kill a waistline but in a sinfully delicious kind of way.
Choppinoyibo had the following to say:
Cactus is a great spot for lunch. Generally everything on the menu is very good (although I have had the odd one or two average / poor meals in there). Pasta is tasty, salads are huge, fresh juice is very refreshig (but expensive at N1000 for a big glass). All portions are enormous; too big if anything.
You don't have to wait ages for your food either. And they do takeaway.
They do have this habit of sticking a 10-15% service charge on your bill though, which means the place isn't cheap. But then where is in Lagos?
MTB supplied the following for those not familiar with the location:
This one ought to be better known as it's nice. It's on the Lekki freeway, overlooking Cowie Creek on the same side as the Tarzan Jetty but further back towards the town (opposite the petrol station?) - you don't need to go round the roundabout and back to get to it, though the entrance is not too obvious
