Opens from 1800hrs- 2400, Sunday 1100hr- 2300hr.
Payment with Sodexho Card or Naira.
In the RA1 it is free unless you want to hire a trainer or take some extra classes.
There are pools in both and a full weight room with a variety of equipments.
Both have several tennis courts out door, but in RA1 you are able to play indoor as well.
RA1 has 4 squash courts and makeshift courts for badminton, basketball and table tennis.
Both have a BAR attached to the swimming pool area.

Badminton day is Thursday and there is a round robin for all those who want to play, new comers welcome.
Tennis is usually played outside on the wonderful courts of bonny, if it rains then they will come in and use the indoor make shift court on Tuesday and Wednesday, all appts can be made with the Man of the hour Mr. Davis and schedule days for indoor court and special events will be available on request and sent to NLNG staff to share with their family.
Squash courts are also available and no appts necessary, there is a round robin game posted a week in advance as we acquire players. At present there are only a few players of the female gender and we would like to see more.
Lessons are given at a small fee. All lessons for any gaming of interest is available on request… please talk to the coaches or any of the participants will point you in the right direction.
There are also trainers for weights, aerobics, swimming and yoga in various locations of the RA1, and the JV camp.
