Chevron says oil pipeline fixed

U.S. energy firm Chevron said on Thursday an oil pipeline in Nigeria’s southern Delta state which was breached in December has been repaired and is operating normally again.

“The impacted line is fixed and operations normal,” a Chevron spokesman said.

Chevron suspended production from the Dibi-Abiteye pipeline, which feeds the Escravos oil stream, in December but did not comment on how much production was lost.
